Area of activity
Psychology
& psychotherapy.
Psychological and psychotherapy clinics — from launching the practice, through day-to-day operations, to legal and formal compliance.
We support psychologists, psychotherapists, and teams establishing or running mental health practices. Our role covers the full operational side — from facility registration through digital tools integration to NFZ contract handling and private payer arrangements.
Work in mental health has its specifics — sensitive patient data, professional secrecy, long therapeutic cycles, variable schedules, mixed billing models. Our role is to take that burden off the therapist's shoulders.
Scope of cooperation
- — Setting up a psychological or psychotherapy clinic (RPWDL registration, NIP, REGON, organizational rules).
- — Selecting and implementing the scheduling and electronic records system, with emphasis on protection of special-category data.
- — GDPR audit tailored to the specifics of mental health data (GDPR Art. 9 — health data).
- — Privacy policy, patient consents, information clauses, data processing agreements.
- — NFZ contracts and public health programmes integration (contracts, reporting, settlements).
- — Team employment — contracts with psychologists, psychotherapists, supervisors, reception.
- — Payment handling (terminals, BLIK, invoices, package subscriptions).
- — Consulting on clinic development and scaling.
For whom
- — Psychologists and psychotherapists launching their own practice.
- — Teams establishing a multi-disciplinary clinic.
- — Existing facilities scaling operations or digitalizing processes.
- — Foundations and NGOs running mental health programmes.
What we do not do
We do not provide psychotherapy or diagnostic services. We do not advertise individual therapists. Our role is exclusively organizational, legal, and technological support — patients remain in the sole relationship with their specialist.
