Area of activity

Marketing.

We run marketing for firms that sell expertise — medical practices, law firms, technology and advisory companies. Five services, each with a measurable outcome.

Marketing professional services follows different rules than selling a product. Nobody buys on impulse, the decision takes weeks, and the only real asset is credibility. So we do not start with advertising — we start by asking who needs this firm, and why.

We work the way we run our own ventures: measurement and diagnosis first, then content, media budget last. The reverse order is the most common cause of wasted spend we see in new clients.

Service 01

Marketing strategy and positioning

The starting point of every engagement. Before anything gets published, we establish who you sell to, what makes you different and which channels are worth the effort.

Step by step — what we actually do

  1. 01.

Baseline audit — review of current activities, website, search visibility, channels and competitors. Output: a written diagnosis with gaps ranked by impact on sales, not by ease of fixing.

  2. 02.

Client profile — who actually buys, what problem the purchase solves, where they look for information and what decides the choice of supplier. Without this, channel selection is guesswork.

  3. 03.

Positioning — one sentence a client understands in five seconds, plus three pillars of evidence. Including an explicit list of what we do not promise.

  4. 04.

Channel selection — prioritised by buying intent, cost, time to first result and durability of advantage. This usually yields two or three channels, not eight.

  5. 05.

Budget and decision thresholds — how much to spend, on what, in what order, and how we will know a channel is failing. The benchmark for professional services is 5-8% of revenue.

  6. 06.

Strategy document — a plan with a 90-day roadmap, ready to implement in-house or with us. The client owns it, including when the engagement does not continue.

Service 02

Content and search visibility

The channel with the highest buying intent and the most durable advantage. It takes months to build, then works without paying for every click.

Step by step — what we actually do

  1. 01.

Query analysis — what clients actually type, separating informational from commercial intent. Priority goes to queries where someone already has a problem and a budget.

  2. 02.

Content architecture — a site structured around client questions, not around the company org chart. One page answers one question and ends with one call to action.

  3. 03.

Production — written by people who know the field, with every figure and deadline verified at source. No bulk machine-written pages: in expert fields that damages credibility.

  4. 04.

Technical SEO — canonical tags, hreflang for language versions, sitemap, load speed, structured data, indexation control. The most common faults we find are mismatched domains and inconsistent canonicals.

  5. 05.

Update calendar — every page containing deadlines, prices or regulations carries a date and a review deadline. Outdated content in those categories is worse than no content.

  6. 06.

Measurement — Search Console plus analytics, with a monthly report showing which pages produce enquiries rather than mere traffic.

Service 03

Lead generation and sales funnel

Traffic without a path to close is a cost, not an investment. This service turns a visitor into a conversation and a conversation into a signed contract.

Step by step — what we actually do

  1. 01.

Path design — a map from first contact to signature, identifying where enquiries are lost today. In most firms they are lost in an inbox with no register and no response deadline.

  2. 02.

Entry material — a concrete reason to leave contact details before being ready to talk: a checklist, a deadline overview, a calculator, a document template.

  3. 03.

Qualification and calendar — a short form (subject, stage, timeframe, how they found us) plus online booking instead of exchanging emails about dates.

  4. 04.

Email sequences — three or four messages explaining the process, duration, cost and what is not promised. The sequence works while the sales team sleeps.

  5. 05.

Contact register and response time — a simple tool with history and reminders, plus a commitment to reply within 24 working hours. In advisory work the first to answer usually wins.

  6. 06.

Paid campaigns — launched only after measurement is in place, and narrowly, on high-intent queries. Advertising before analytics buys traffic nobody can evaluate.

Service 04

Brand, identity and materials

Visual and verbal consistency across every touchpoint — from the mark, through the website, to the proposal you send a client. Credibility is built on repetition, not on a striking design.

Step by step — what we actually do

  1. 01.

Brand audit — how the company looks and sounds at every touchpoint: website, proposals, correspondence, social media, print. Usually several conflicting versions coexist.

  2. 02.

Visual identity — the mark in a full set of variants (symbol, horizontal and vertical lockup, single-colour, reversed), palette, typography, clear space and minimum sizes. Vector files that work on a business card and on a building facade.

  3. 03.

Usage rules — a short document so that everyone in the company and every subcontractor uses the mark correctly. Without it an identity falls apart within months.

  4. 04.

Sales materials — proposal template, presentation, one-pager, letterhead, email signatures. One system, editable by the client.

  5. 05.

Website — design and build, or rebuild of an existing site, with accessibility, language versions and a sound structure for search.

  6. 06.

Tone of voice — how the company writes to clients, to institutions and in social media. Rules written on one page, not held in one person’s head.

Service 05

Analytics, measurement and reporting

Without measurement, marketing is an expense nobody can defend to the board. This service turns it into a line item with a calculable return.

Step by step — what we actually do

  1. 01.

GDPR-compliant analytics — a tool that does not export personal data outside the European Economic Area and needs no profiling consent banner. Self-hosted option available.

  2. 02.

Search Console — ownership verification and connection of all language versions. It is the only reliable free source on which queries the company appears for.

  3. 03.

Metric definitions — what counts as a qualified enquiry, how the cost per enquiry is calculated and where closing data comes from.

  4. 04.

Dashboard — one place with the current state, instead of assembling figures from five tools every month.

  5. 05.

Monthly report — four numbers for the board: qualified conversations, cost per conversation, conversation-to-contract rate, value of projects won. No vanity metrics.

  6. 06.

Quarterly review — channel assessment, budget reallocation decision and an explicit list of what will not be done next quarter.

Specialisation

Healthcare marketing — we know where the line is

The company is run by a physician, so we know healthcare from the inside — including the constraints most agencies discover only from the client’s lawyer.

  • Healthcare providers may not advertise medical services — Polish law permits only information on the scope and type of services provided. The line between information and advertising is thin, and most of the risk runs along it.
  • Advertising of medical devices and medicinal products is separately and strictly regulated, and liability extends to the commissioning party.
  • Medical professions are additionally bound by professional ethics, at times stricter than general law.
  • The practical effect: an agency without this knowledge produces material that lifts sales and simultaneously exposes the client to proceedings. We start from the boundary and look for effectiveness within it.

Engagement

Four formats — the client chooses

No minimum packages and no multi-year lock-in. Advertising accounts, domain and profiles are always registered to the client — they are the client’s asset, not ours.

Audit and strategy

One-off work with a defined deliverable: diagnosis and plan. The client may implement it independently — the document is theirs.

Ongoing engagement

A monthly scope agreed in writing, with reporting and review. Short notice period, no multi-year lock-in.

Single assignments

Audit only, identity only, analytics setup only. No forced packages.

Supporting your team

Where a company already has a marketer, we act as strategic and subject-matter support rather than replacing the team.

What we do not promise

We do not promise first place in search within a month, a guaranteed number of clients, or results without measurement. Organic visibility typically takes four to six months to build; first enquiries from professional networks and referrals appear within one to two months. If someone promises more, it is worth asking what data that promise rests on.

First step

Let us start with a diagnosis, not a campaign.

The first conversation is free. After it you will know where enquiries are actually being lost, which channel makes sense in your case and what it costs — including when the answer is „do not spend on marketing yet".
