Six advisory competencies under one roof — from investments and business management, through medical practice launch and startup support, to project management and grant application writing.

We combine experience from various industries — medicine, technology, education, breeding, finance — to offer advisory difficult to find in a typical consulting firm. We work with doctors setting up practices, startup founders, owners of growing companies, and investors placing capital in business projects.

Each of the six areas is delivered according to an established process — below we describe the concrete steps the team performs for the client. Without generalities like "we support", "we help", "we advise" — with specifics: what we deliver, in what timeframe, what is the result.

Competency 01

Investments and financial advisory

Investment project analysis, capital decision mentoring, long-term wealth planning, M&A transaction structuring.

Step by step — what we concretely do

    Starting point analysis — review of existing portfolio, risk profile, investment horizon, client needs and strategic goals. Written report with decision map.

  2. 02.

    Scenario modeling — preparation of 2-3 investment alternatives in a spreadsheet with return parameters (IRR, NPV, payback), along with sensitivity analysis of key variables.

  3. 03.

    Project due diligence — verification of the legal, tax and operational status of the potential investment. Red flag identification. Cooperation with external specialists (notary, certified auditor) where required.

  4. 04.

    Transaction structuring — investment agreement draft (term sheet, SHA), protective clauses (drag along, tag along, anti-dilution), tax scheme optimal for the given transaction.

  5. 05.

    Post-investment monitoring — quarterly KPI reviews, problem escalation, annual portfolio report, strategy change recommendations.

Competency 02

Business management

Operational, organizational and strategic support for companies from a few months to a few years old — audits, implementations, advisory for SME boards.

Step by step — what we concretely do

  1. 01.

    360° audit — within 1-2 weeks we conduct an in-depth company analysis: processes, finances, team, customers, suppliers, competitive environment. Output: written report with list of problems and priorities.

  2. 02.

    Change roadmap — 3-6 month operational plan with concrete actions, success metrics, schedule and responsible persons. We work in 2-week iterations with synchronization.

  3. 03.

    Tool implementations — selection and implementation of CRM, ERP, ticketing system, process automation. Terms negotiation with suppliers, configuration, team training, documentation.

  4. 04.

    Cost optimization — review of contracts (telecoms, leases, insurance, suppliers), price benchmarking, terms renegotiation. Average savings in our projects: 15-25% of operating costs.

  5. 05.

    Strategic advisory for board — monthly meetings, preparation of supervisory board materials, support in capital and organizational decisions.

Competency 03

Starting a medical business

Comprehensive support in launching medical practices and healthcare entities — from RPWDL registration to opening day.

Step by step — what we concretely do

    Activity model consultation — choice of legal form (sole proprietorship, sp. z o.o., group practice), profitability analysis package vs hourly, decision on NFZ contract or commercial only.

  2. 02.

    RPWDL registration — preparation of complete documentation set, drafting organizational regulations, security policy, application to the Register of Entities Performing Medical Activity maintained by the Voivode.

  3. 03.

    Sanitary and premises requirements — facility layout design, contact with State Sanitary Inspection, certificate of premises compliance with requirements for given service type (treatment room, diagnostic room, general office).

  4. 04.

    GDPR in medical facility — implementation of full package: information security policy, information clauses for patients, consents, processing agreements with suppliers, processing activities register, incident response plan.

  5. 05.

    IT integration and medical system — selection and configuration of HIS/EDM software (medical history, visit calendar, settlements), integration with e-prescription, e-referral, e-sick-leave, P1/P2.

  6. 06.

    NFZ contract — preparation of tender application, point value calculation, staff and equipment documentation, SZOI/SZIP reporting, contract execution monitoring.

  7. 07.

    Legally compliant marketing — because Article 14 of the Medical Activity Act limits advertising: only information is allowed, not incentives. We create content that conveys knowledge about the offer without violating the regulation.

Support for startups

Advisory for early-stage teams — validation, MVP, fundraising, founder team mentoring.

Step by step — what we concretely do

    Business model validation — conducting problem/solution fit and product/market fit, customer discovery (10-20 interviews), marketing campaign testing, unit economics assessment (CAC, LTV, churn, contribution margin).

  2. 02.

    MVP design and build — from functional specification, through technology stack and supplier selection (in-house, agency, no-code), to coordination of implementation in 2-week cycles up to first paying customer.

  3. 03.

    Go-to-market strategy — customer segmentation, channel selection (outbound, inbound, growth hacking, partnerships), pricing, pricing model, first case studies, lead magnets, sales playbook.

  4. 04.

    Round preparation — pitch deck development (10-12 slides), financial dashboard (3-5 year projections), data room (legal, financial, IP, traction), list of 50-100 investors matched to industry and stage.

  5. 05.

    Team mentoring — founder coaching in strategic decisions, mediation of partner conflicts, compensation planning, vesting restructuring, exit preparation (M&A, IPO).

Competency 05

Project and company management

Interim management, conducting company affairs on behalf of the owner (based on power of attorney), cooperation with accounting office, representation before authorities.

Step by step — what we concretely do

    Power of attorney and scope determination — notarial or written power of attorney specifying in detail the decision-making scope, amount limits, reports to owner. Clear delegation of responsibility.

  2. 02.

    Accounting oversight — monthly document collection from office, balance verification, identification of accounting errors, monitoring of PIT/CIT/VAT advances, cash flow planning.

  3. 03.

    Representation before authorities — visits to US, ZUS, Marshal's Office, contacts with PUODO, licensing authorities (KNF, UKE, Pharmaceutical Inspection), correspondence in administrative matters.

  4. 04.

    Operational company management — implementing owner's decisions, team oversight, conversations with customers, suppliers, business partners on behalf of the owner.

  5. 05.

    Reporting — weekly status email to owner (decisions, problems, KPIs), monthly financial report with commentary, quarterly strategic review.

Competency 06

Grants and application writing

Project audit for program matching, call selection, application writing, business plans, budget, schedule, settlements.

Step by step — what we concretely do

  1. 01.

    Project audit — in 2-3 days we assess project readiness (TRL, team, IP, financial model) and match to available programs. Result: ranking of 3-5 programs with probability of success and funding amount.

  2. 02.

    Application writing — preparation of complete documentation in terminology and structure required by operator (PARP, NCBR, BGK, EIC). Usually consists of: project description (40-60 pages), business plan, budget, schedule, team description, IP strategy.

  3. 03.

    External expert validation — before submission we commission review by specialists in the given field (HC, deeptech, foodtech, AI). We make corrections, improve technical language.

  4. 04.

    Submission and monitoring — full submission in application generator (LSI/GWP), attachment of required appendices, communication with project supervisor during evaluation.

  5. 05.

    Implementation and settlements — after award we conduct the project: quarterly financial reports (PEFS/SOI), payment applications, purchase scheduling, cost eligibility control, final settlements and audit.
